When embarking on a fitness journey, most of us need guidance, accountability and results. Our Virtual Fitness Program will provide you with just that.
Clients work with a Fitness Trainer who creates a personalized fitness program based on their needs, goals and current abilities. Each personalized fitness program includes strength training, cardiovascular training and flexibility training.
In addition to your training, you will have two 30 minute follow up sessions every month with a Wellness Consultant to discuss your progress.
Our Virtual Fitness Program gives everyone access and benefit of working with a Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost. And, as an added benefit, Wellness Lifestyle guidance from a Wellness Consultant is included.
